FamilyAtlas is in early access. A feature being built does not mean every device or public release supports it.
iPhone and iPad
Do not purchase expecting Android parity. Distribution approvals, web-filtering entitlement and physical-device verification remain release gates; native YouTube channel and Shorts controls are unsupported.
Desktop and Chromebook
The Chrome/Edge extension covers supported browser activity only. It is not a device-wide desktop app blocker or screen-time agent and is not yet published for ordinary store installation. Separate native desktop-agent work remains behind installation, signing and physical-validation release gates.
HomeControl
Optional wired gateway and compatible network setup. Only traffic actually routed through the verified controller is covered. No individual YouTube-channel identification through DNS.
Location and notifications
Sharing needs system permission, connectivity and location services. Some physical-device validation and iOS push-delivery setup remain pending. Never treat an old position as live.
Content and privacy
No private social-DM access, hidden screenshots or covert microphone recording. On-device AI safety alerts have a separate tester-only preview; no category is production-validated. External integrations without release approval are not promised.
